This is not a hereditary condition or form of sensory deprivation as NB-OT Labs Vs K.T Labs claimed. It is a hearing - brain injury connected to other managed injuries otherwise just fine in all other areas. Review H.I.3 as a case in description with evidence for details 

Loud voices. High pitches & loud nose are not good in sound management as wBCI's & injury NB-OT Labs inflicted increased sensitivity 

Sometimes no ear plugs. Have to keep on-person
